She holds a B.S. in Corporate Communication from The University of Texas at Austin and a M.A. in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. Carlete has 20 years of professional experience, including the private sector, education, and healthcare. She holds a License in Professional Counseling (LPC), a Texas Professional School Counselor Certification and she is a trained Compassion Fatigue Professional. Carlete is the Founder and CEO of Clear Sense Management Company, the parent company of CSM Counseling and Clear Sense Consulting. She helps clients, professionals, organizations, and emerging entrepreneurs find clarity, strategy, and confidence in their next steps. Her approach combines clinical insight, business acumen, and educational leadership to help clients grow sustainably and with purpose.
